This policy applies to all information received by Libyan Helping Hands Charity , both online and offline, on any Platform (“Platform”, includes the Libyan Helping Hands Charity website and Paypal Donation, Facebook Donation and any other Donation Platforms ), as well as any electronic, written, or oral communications.
This policy was updated in March 2018 to show that we are adhering to the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which comes into force in May 2018.
